Cheers for the advice but, I checked this in Settings/Advanced and, information technology was already "turned on"? I tried to Test it once again but I rec'd the aforementioned message that it was "turned off"??  Why would this happen? Thanks again. J

Depending on the browser you're using, it might have been turn off by default. If it doesn't work after turning it on, delight check if information technology's listed in Apps and Features and uninstall information technology from at that place.
